Contradictions... A positive view on life

Whenever everything starts to fall down, there's three things we are suposse to do : 1- Breathe 2- Stay Calm 3- Find a solution for the problem But do we ever take this steps, if you're saying yes, you can only be two things a liar or a saint... When we are on the edge, we don't think about these steps neither the consequences of our actions. We take anything in front of us that will give us an easy solution, sadly those aren't real solutions because that reality still lies. And even do we know this, we keep giving advice to people base on this steps, but how can we give an advice ourselves can't take... Are we really that hyprocrit
